Activity 4: Conduct trainings for representatives of members of the partner consortium and stakeholders from the four target areas for transfer and implementation of innovative Norwegian practices to stimulate entrepreneurship and increase access to folk arts, life and crafts.
Description: In the subject area of this training will be commented some of the modern business models for cultural entrepreneurship and the forms and channels of cultural consumption. These models and practices are suitable for transfer from Norway to Bulgaria and correspond to the socio-cultural changes in modern societies.
The nature of the socialization of the cultural heritage has changed, through modern digital technologies the historical cultural values become accessible without any restrictions in time and space. At the same time, this accessibility is characterized by an expressive multimedia format with a high intensity of impact.
The way of offering and the structure of the offered products and services in the field of cultural heritage has changed. Some of the traditional professions are gradually disappearing or being reduced to others, and at the same time new professions and business models are emerging, requiring qualitatively new professional skills and knowledge.
Digital literacy and the ability to work with different types of public or private digital techniques for cultural animation are becoming increasingly important. This training is planned to meet the needs of capacity building of employees, experts from regional and municipal administrations, members of partner organizations, as well as representatives of stakeholders from the target areas.
They will gain knowledge to support entrepreneurship / based on cultural heritage / and increase accessibility to cultural values and artifacts - based on the introduction of innovative techniques for cultural animation and cultural consumption. The training will be conducted in the form of an online training course with two electronic modules, with a total of seven training topics. The training course is organized on the basis of the latest and modern methods and principles of current, for modern times, connective pedagogy and psychology.
These principles are based on the presumption that students already have and have access to much of the achievements and knowledge achieved / in the course of the development of modern civilization / - through their smart communication devices.
The e-learning modules are organized so that they can be used by related NGOs and other stakeholders working in the three target areas. The specific objectives of the training are: to reveal the opportunities for creating new cultural and economic benefits in the local communities. Students will acquire skills to develop innovative and expressive methods for presenting and promoting modern models of cultural consumption of cultural heritage.
The restored unique and traditional products and works of art need to be upgraded with modern and contemporary technologies, corresponding to the style and way of life of modern consumers. Knowledge and skills of the partner organizations for raising the digital literacy of local entrepreneurs, institutions and organizations related to the preservation and socialization of cultural heritage will be acquired.
Opportunities for intercultural dialogue and their opportunities for business interaction with the European digital single market will be presented. Those who successfully complete the training course will acquire knowledge and skills for organizing events, initiatives and events in a new, changed socio-economic environment and socio-cultural environment.
